Self Referral

We will be happy to review your self-referral if you or your relatives can complete the simple form and attach some photographs of the wound(s) or swelling. We aim to respond to your initial enquiry within 3 days. Below are answers to some of the frequently asked questions our patients have, including treatment costs.

“The team at Pioneer were great and saw me very quickly – John and Claire made me feel at ease right away and I felt reassured that I’d be taken good care of. I have been having regular visits to the clinic ever since and, although my leg is taking far longer than I could have expected to recover, I am happy that I’m in safe hands.”
